Refund policy

RETURN POLICY:

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, simply email takeovertake1@gmail.com with your order number and name so we can best resolve your situation. 


EXCHANGE POLICY:

To be eligible for an exchange, you must first email within 10 days of the order date. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is available. If a replacement item is not available, we will credit you or send you items of your choice that equally add up to the value of your returning item, if we have them available. Your exchange will not begin process until we receive the original items back in good condition.
